Butterfly Progressive Montessori Preschool is a licensed preschool, in Richmond, British Columbia, for children ages 30 months through 6 years. We are licensed by the Ministry of Health, Community Care Facilities Licensing Branch and the Provincial Child Care Regulations.

We provide an enriched “Progressive” program which combines the best of Montessori Philosophy and Early Childhood Education. Our preschool embraces a holistic approach. With the guidance of wonderful and committed teachers your child’s needs are met – academic, social, emotional, artistic, and physical.

We have 2 centres in Richmond.

Our Montessori Preschool Program  is located inside McKay Elementary School (No. 2 Road and Granville Avenue).

 Our Montessori Daycare Program is located inside Samuel Brighouse Elementary School (Gilbert Road and between Granville Ave. and Westminister Hwy.)
